"I visited this store today(12/4/23) at 2:30 pm and Had very bad experience. Lady was not friendly she didn’t follow the steps written just in front of the mirror which was funny coz she was not following them . She was asking for brow trim which is very basic and obvious as it is a part of it, and then after finishing my brows she didn’t remove hair which was all over my face moreover, she didn’t apply the serum after doing my brows she just left me on the chair and went to the counter . Never going to visit this store again ."

"Got my eyebrows threaded here yesterday, the shape wasn’t terrible (hence 2 stars and not 1). However, I felt like the girl threading didn’t really know what she was doing, it was so slow and painful and her technique just felt off, like she was pulling out tufts of hair and not a smooth line. I asked if she was new to this because it was very slow and painful and she said “I have to go slow because you have this thing” I don’t even know what that means?! My eyebrows and the skin surrounding are completely normal and I’ve never had any issues with threading. I left with bleeding eyebrows. This has never happened in the 15 years I’ve been having my brows threaded. Ouch."

"On the 30th of January 2023 at approximately 5pm I attended the dandenong plaza store to have my eyebrows threaded and the rest of my face waxed. While having my face waxed the consultant had removed a portion of my eyebrow with wax which was unnecessary to the service (waxing my forehead which dripped onto my eyebrows) I made her aware that there was wax in my eyebrows, however she advised me “don’t worry I’ll get it out”. Five minutes had passed and the wax had hardened, she attempted to remove the wax but was unsuccessful which resulted in a portion of the hair in my eyebrow to be removed. I expressed my dissatisfaction of the appearance of my eyebrow which had become compromised due to her lack of duty of care whilst the service was being carried out. I requested to speak to management, and was offered solutions which did not resolve my issue (to have the hair brushed up and to tint the area though there is hair missing) but this did not improve the appearance."

"Customer service is really bad Not charges the service what they advertised. I don't like to say but while having service even lady wear mask she still coughing on my face . That the disgusting n so disgracefully . Lady ask me to have look after I done with service n walk away . When I ask her to plz come down where I m getting service she was quiet upset about it . When I ask for manager name She said I m manager Manager name : Kamal If manager give that service my expectations from her team is 0% Well I was in hurry so I can't argue with her on what they advertised even she herself check n just charge me n continued with chat with the other team mate. Didn't advertised reshape is different or cleaning is different price . I can pay the price what they ask when advertised. wrong advertising is not customer fault. On entry u guys write violence is not acceptable. Plz advertised we will provide customer service as well in good manner u guys not doing charity or something customer pay price what u asking"
