"Shocking job! Disgusting workers with horrible attitudes. Never been so baffled to get my hair done by -an unexperienced “senior stylist” If thats whats you call a senior stylist I couldn’t imagine what the apprentices are like. save yourself the money absolutely shocking!!"

"Do not recommend at all. I have been getting back to back foils for years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I spent $250 and left with patchy areas in around my hair line, back of my head and have massive foil bleed. The stylist only glanced at the reference photo I showed her and she didn't ask any questions. I told her what my hair plan was and that I needed to keep it similar to the photo as my wedding is coming up soon. Attached are the photos of my hair AFTER my service. Besides the patchy areas, my hair is nothing like what I asked for. I have had to go to another salon to try and get it fixed, leaving me having to pay double. I now need to start fresh with only 2 months out from my wedding. I am devastated. Please do not go here, you will be disappointed."

"Walked in to have a good hair day, walked out crying I asked to get my hair lightened and coloured a darker ashy beige. I have already lightened hair previously with another salon. The hairdresser sat me down and seemed like she didn’t know what to do because she was asking me how many foils to put in. I assumed they knew because it’s their job but in that moment, I knew that the quality of their skills and service was going to make me cry. I showed the hairdresser my inspo and she barely looked at it nor communicated with me what I wanted. She dismissed me very quickly with an “I know”. Friendly staff but their skills are subpar. Overall, I was not happy with their work and I would not recommend this place. I hope the salon reads this to improve their customer service and execution of hair dressing skills."
