"My husband and daughter went to Chemist Warehouse Dee Why. Big mistake. The bald security guard threatened to call the cops on our companion dog. This companion dog weighs 3KG and was in our arms not distressing customers. Made us feel unsafe and unwanted, do not go. If I could give no stars I would. If we continue to get harassed there we may need to take matters further."
"Don't go here unless you want to wait 45minutes for a prescription. I didn't even get a text message (like I normally do at other chemist warehouses) and no apology either. I also had to wait an extra 15minutes to pay for my items. The lines were huge and staff that were available were clearly dodging being on the register. Having 1 person on the register during peak hour is ridiculous. Normally staff here are wonderful, but this was such a terrible experience that I won't be coming back."
"As mentioned, the aisles here are narrow & shelving is overcrowded, & and yes, there are long waits for prescriptions. BUT most staff members are good. There are a couple of ladies who work at the checkout who are always polite, caring, & bubbly."
