"Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bathroom spa was divine and the price was excellent. The reception staff member was difficult to u derstand at times and her phone manner was not the greatest."
"The stay was great, however, the admin side of things aren't up to standard. I had to ring up to get my refund beyond the 10 day period. When they processed their refund, they deducted the 28 day vacating costs, when in essence, my Occupancy letter was clearly showing that I will definitely vacate the apartment on Feb 28 and no charge was applicable. So disappointing! Now, I have to ring up (again) to get them to settle the balance of my bond and question them why they deducted so much from my bond."
