"The staff were really lovely and i had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately my issue was with the products they used. I had a set of hybrid lashes for the first time from them which looked great once done and felt comfortable but lasted less than a week. For the price of the extensions i was hoping they would last at least two weeks. I did all the normal care (not getting them wet for the first 24 hours, brushing and cleaning ) and yet they all fell out. Disappointed because of how much i paid and the little wear i got out of them."

"My daughter recently visited Skin and brow clinic in Ringwood, we paid $85 for eye lash extension. extensions were started to come off as soon as my daughter reached home. 2 days later her eyes started to irritate, and by that time half of lashes came out. I contacted the clinic to take advise and asked for refund as the job wasn't done properly. lady over the phone passed me Manager HEMA's number to contact and resolve the issue. HEMA was very very rude over the phone and informed there is no guarantee and no refund will be given, I asked multiple times even if the job hasn't been done properly and its been only 2 days and half of the lashes have been fallen down. she did not resolve the issue, I gave up and my daughter got her eye lashes removed. The matter is not only for refund, its mainly how they deal with clients. they have pathetic services. I wont even give 1 star to this clinic, and Hema needs to learn as a Manager how to resolve clients issues. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS CLINIC."

"Would be 0 stars if possible. Highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Not only was I laughed at and had my requests ignored (no tape or pads due to allergy), they also did my lift wrong and badly too. Over curled and singed my lashes. The only positive thing about them was they offered to fix it for free but of course fixing lead to further damage. My eyes were glued shut and they used more product that caused another reaction, despite me reminding them prior to starting that I had allergies. Once again, them fixing it actually damaged it further and they look horrific, my eyes/eyelids bright red and sore from them ignoring my requests. When I voiced my concerns and issues I had with the service and how unhappy I was, I was met with eye rolling, sighing and “maybe” a discount voucher for the next visit if I felt like getting my lashes and skin damaged again. Avoid this place!!"

"I would go back here for eyelash extensions mine fell out, they didn’t clean my lashes first nor give me a lash stick. My eyelash’s are very long naturally but I was sick of putting on mascara so I went here and after I got my lashes done when I opened my eyes it stung so bad!! Once I could open my eyes I saw a tiny little piece of paper saying no refunds?! Very odd! Please don’t go here. It’s been two days and it looks like I’ve had them for 2 weeks. $85 down the drain."
