"Reliable, kind and patient. You couldn't ask for better service. I have been using this pharmacy ever since I was 14 when I was diagnosed with a chronic disease. In the over a decade since then I can honestly say that they have improved the quality of my life. Their staff are kind and patient, they have never made me feel rushed or unheard. Their webster pack service has alleviated much of the stress of the day to day management of my medication. I have since moved a hour away from mona vale but I still choose to use this pharmacy and I hope that anyone else who needs a local pharmacy uses this one, you couldn't be in better hands."

"Went in to pick up medication at this pharmacy and the girl dispensing was eating peanut butter at the counter. Apart from the unprofessionalism of eating at the counter, the real issue is someone who is dispensing medication consuming a known common food allergen whilst working. I myself am anaphylactic with nuts, and if I had not noticed the peanut butter on the counter, it could have been very dangerous for me. I asked the other staff member to change the meds over for me. Staff needs to educated in safe handling practices."
