"My skin was burning after leaving from all the rubbing alcohol they used to take off stains from colour. They waited to take colour off during wash when other salons check and do it later. The 1st time it was better experience so I went back but this time so bad they charge you full price for an inexperienced girl to do do hair who was taking forever pulled hair so much and washing my hair with cold water and pulling on hair I got wet all over my face and top then she couldn’t blow dry my hair was all dry and looked worse then if a kid did it. They don’t give you any help or service to see if need to clean your face for colour and now I have stains. So 55$ just to colour roosts and rest was a mess including the stains left see photos. Fresh blow yet freeze after they put so much shine n made oily as she couldn’t blow dry. So be careful as not even worth the cheap prices as waste of time has to redo my own hair and was again. Can’t reply to the response so adding here. Never had other places leave stains as they wipe off early. I took photos as I left the salon not from car and I don’t keep windows open wow what an assumption not very smart! I told her stop blow dry as she was pulling out hair I would have a done better job at home. Was more than the blow dry issue and not worth it to ruin hair for free even and why pay to go out with colour all over my face forehead that’s the main issue! I just stopped her from blow drying to do it myself it was about the stains that I have never had by a professional. Two different people or more come to work then leave to don’t check or care"
