"I had the worst experience here not only once but twice. First time i went there last year June and got permanent straitening done as i was going overseas for 15 days to attend a wedding so i got it done 4-5 days before travelling. They forgot to put chemical on a whole big strand of my hair. They ruined it because rest of my hair were straight with a curly strand in the middle. i got to knew about this after my first wash. straight away i messaged him on Instagram about what happened. He asked me to come back and he will fix it. He fixed that thing. I did not went back to him. now this year again i was going overseas and i knew that i wont have enough time to do my hairs everyday so they were my only option to get it done just 2 days before my travel. Called the they had availability to get permanent straightening done. got everything done but this time he did it within 2 hours and charged me very less. i flew overseas after 4 days when i washed my hair.. it was so bad,, the curls were still there only the ends of my hair were straight. maybe they used a wrong product or expired product on my hair. I had to fix my hair everyday there. never ever going back there and would not recommend this to anyone. No one really care they handed you to the trainees and they do it for you. Really disappointed."
