Our apartments are villa units that provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. They are part of a unit development but are independent with their own driveway and parking. We offer two-bedroom and one-bedroom options, both of which are priced in the budget range to accommodate couples and families looking for affordable accommodation in the heart of the Yarra Valley.

The two-bedroom apartment features two queen beds and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating four adults and one or two children. The one-bedroom apartment offers a king bed and a spa for added relaxation. All linen, including pillows, doonas and/or blankets, sheets, towels, tea towels, bathmats, and hand towels, is provided.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we can arrange additional extras such as platters, massages, and transport. Simply speak to Joanne, our friendly staff member, who will be more than happy to assist you. We also offer courtesy cars and hampers for added convenience and indulgence.

Getting to Racecourse Apartments Yarra Valley is easy, as we are located opposite the Yarra Glen Racecourse at 1-8 Racecourse Place. Please confirm your unit number prior to arrival. Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, and units 7 and 8 also have a dishwasher.

To secure your booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. The person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Full payment is required up to and including 14 days prior to arrival. Please note that extra charges apply for additional adults, children, and cots.

In the event of a cancellation or changes to your booking within 14 days prior to 6pm of the check-in date, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Please be aware that a credit card fee of 1.5% is non-refundable.
