Our estate features four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double spa, ceiling fans, TV, and bar fridge. With two queen size beds, one double bed, and two single beds, we can accommodate both couples and larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a microwave and dishwasher, making it easy for guests to prepare their own meals. The living area boasts a cozy wood fire and a pool table, perfect for entertaining and unwinding.

Linen and towels are provided, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. Step onto the outdoor deck and take in the breathtaking views of the wetlands and vineyard while enjoying a delicious meal prepared on the gas barbecue.

As a guest at Northway Downs Estate, you will have access to our full-size tennis court, located adjacent to the house. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, you can enjoy a friendly game or two. Additionally, we are conveniently located near various restaurants, golf courses, markets, wineries, and the beach, allowing you to explore the beauty of the Mornington Peninsula.

The upstairs bedroom offers a spa en suite, a queen-size bed, and a balcony, providing a private retreat with stunning views. Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a spa en suite, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a spa en suite.

Owned and operated by the Schindler family since 1996, Northway Downs Estate is a small, family-owned vineyard specializing in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Over the years, we have expanded our range of wines by grafting some of our Chardonnay vines to Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. We invite you to take a tour of our beautiful vineyard property, where you can learn about our winemaking process and sample our exquisite wines.
