"I went to this salon last year and loved the hair outcome I received, however I went back again this year and was really disappointed and angry with the outcome. I asked for my blonde hair to be covered in a brown hair dye without touching my roots. We came up with a plan we were both happy with. My hair was back to the original color I walked in with 2 hair washes later. Hair dye was definitely not put into my hair so i ended up paying $180 for the same hair that i already had and a few foils. I went again the next week to get it fixed, we both agreed to just do a toner as I didn't want my roots touched with dye. once back at the chair I noticed my hair especially the roots were very red and made sure to ask that it was just toner. she told me no it was dye. I did not give this hairdresser consent this time around or the okay for her to put dye in my hair. It was so patchy and all different colors, I had a huge bright orange stripe at the back of my head which could be seen when wearing my hair up. I ended up having to spend even more money to try and get it fixed elsewhere. I would not recommend this hair salon as they do not do as you ask and they lie and try to talk you out of dying your hair as they do not want to do it or correct their mistake.
