"Bit of a weird experience here. I usually go to the fountain gate store where they take you to the back room for upper lip/face waxing. However, at the Glen she sat me at the chair right at the front of the store then spun my chair to face the windows and people walking by. Just strange as you want some privacy when removing embarrassing hair. I couldn't say anything with wax all over my lips. Just found it strange. I won't be going again"
"Never go here I asked for medium brown snd they tinted my eyebrows yellow and said it was normal. I was so embarrassed to walk around thank goodness chemist Warehouse helped me out to Cove it up. But I'm still trying to get it off. I did ask for a refund but they refused. So rude Customer care was 0"
"It was my first time going here and it was very unpleasant. The lady threaded my eyebrow very badly and only took 2-3 minutes to do it. She really messed up my left eyebrow. The eyebrows were very uneven and she had taken a whole chunk off my left eyebrow to the point that there was a dip in it. When I raised my concerns, the lady didn’t care at all and tried to convince me that they were even and not to worry."
