"I used to go here all the time to have my brows done but, since covid, have noticed the end result has been sub-standard. Today was the last time as the woman waxing my brows waxed half one of my brows off, making it very thin. It has taken ages for my brows to grow back following chemo. I had to pluck stray hairs from the other brow myself. Also, they barely look any different in colour at all, when I asked for a tint."

"What an absolutely awful experience I had today. Went home with tears due to the amount of eyebrow hair that was waxed off. The lady who did my brows put wax on them walked away for a few minutes then came back to my surprise my eyebrows were super thin and absolutely shocking. Instead she was too busy talking to other workers then caring for the customers. Not only did she reuin my eyebrows they are also so sore."

"Awful experience. Blaming my foundation and "oily" skin for the wax not working despite me wiping it all off before she began waxing. I never had this issue at the Brandon Park branch and I used to go in after work with make up on. She then suggests threading to take the hair out but there is still so much hair left - are you going to blame my skin for that too? I honestly could do a better job at home but thought id "treat" myself today. What a waste of $45. Also speaking amongst yourselves in a foreign language around customers is disgusting. Now I remember why I avoided the Forest Hill branch for years. Nothing has improved, it has only gotten worse."

"Despite the bad reviews being clear, we thought we would give this place a try and see what it was really like. I attempted to investigate the Facial Services that this company offers. I was hoping to find out what it entailed and what I should be expecting if I made a booking. I called 3 times, only on the 3rd attempt did they pick up. The woman on the phone was extremely dismissive and rude. I had simply asked what was included in the service and I was not given an answer, nor was I given to an alternative staff member. With a rude tone I was told to “call back because (she) has clients”. I can completely empathise with the fact that the store can be busy at times, however, that does not excuse the way I was treated : dismissed, with no care for prospective clientele, and plain rudeness. Additionally, if you’re going to pick up the phone and begin a conversation, then it is expected that you’re going to finish that conversation or pass it on to someone who may be able to supply a better conclusion. You’ve certainly lost two potential clients."

"Will not return. Worst experience. My skin is burnt from the wax, despite me telling her it was too hot. 1 day later my skin remains burnt. Terrible service, unnecessarily painful experience throughout and ongoing day after Very expensive for very poor unfinished outcomes, need to go elsewhere…very unprofessional and not correct techniques"
