"The worse customer service ever! No empathy, no ethics! I asked my husband to buy me my prescription meds as i was busy with my son and apparently all staff are so rude to him, no manners at all. Didn't even try to help him, or talk to him in a good manner. 4 staffs are just talking with each other while keeping him waiting even if they didn't have customer. For an eyedrop, it took them 20mins to solve.Worse thing is that their price are sooooo expensive! They told my husband $16 for an eyedrop which cost $6.99 in chemist warehouse! Then my husband showed them the price and suddenly became $11! Like, where did they even get their pricing! I know that chemist warehouse is a bigger company and all but just at least be nice to your customers! Will never go back to this pharmacy!"
