"Poor customer service provided by the pharmacist in charge! I am a customer but as of today will never enter Harringtons pharmacy. I went in this morning around 1145 am and asked the pharmacist (Frank) to witness my documents, he didn't give me a chance to explain myself. He brushed me off stating " no JP services due to covid" " Go to Mark Coure or another MP" I walked out and went to the pharmacy across the road who happily witnessed my documents in Penshurst. I then walked back to Harringtons and asked for my official prescription receipts and Frank said "oh are these for you? I can witness your documents" I replied no thank you, I do not require your services and will no longer be buying my ozempic or any other prescriptions from you again. He replied " I'm sorry" " you should have told me you're a customer" I am not happy with Harrington's! The other staff are lovely except this pharmacist. He is disrespectful and unprofessional and should not provide a service to the community."
