"Opening hours say they're open 'till 9pm. I arrived at 8.25pm and my son was having an anaphylatic reaction. I urgently needed antihistamine. As I arrived she was closing the door early. Despite me expressing the urgency of the situation, she wasn't bothered to help or provide me with medication which was urgently needed. Her response was 'sorry we've turned everything off'. Disgusting and heartless behaviour! Completely unprofessional. Directed me to a pharmacy 10 minutes away. Thankfully I made it in time."
