"I recently stayed at the Yarra Valley Lodge for 3 nights as part of a large group. I highly commend the staff for consistent excellent customer service. Room was spacious, clean & has beautiful views of the surrounds. Catering for the group was very generous and we never went hungry! Large Nespresso machines available in each conference room for guests. Under cover parking was very convenient and made packing very easy. Being located on the other side of town, it only took one hour to drive to & was easy to locate. Highly recommended for functions, groups and even if travelling on your own to explore the area's tourist attractions."
"Look, I'm going to be honest. Do not go here the customer room that I had booked had dirt all over the ground and the towels looked disgusting. I don't know who did this but I think the cleaner should be fired for not cleaning it. Other than the problems getting there the cleaner did an okay job at cleaning up the mud but you could still see that it was apparent in the room. The only good thing about Yarra Valley Lodge was the scenery which made my trip go from terrible to bearable. I hope no one else has to experience what I had to go through at Yarra Valley Lodge."
"Quick and easy check-in/out experience and friendly reception staff. They do take down your card number upon check-in which is pretty standard. Room was spacious and very clean, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. Recommend to anyone considering staying in the area."
"My stay here was an absolutely great experience. Richard at the reception was very helpful in assisting me when I left my card in the room. His customer service was on point. The scenery is beyond amazing too. Waking up to kangaroos in amongst the golf course is such a beautiful sight. Reminds me of when I was living at my parents home in the bush. If you're thinking of getting away and reconnecting to nature, I would highly recommend anyone check out this hotel!"
