"Called yesterday to arrange for payment & pick up of dog food. Asked the price i was told $60 which was only $5 more expensive than elsewhere & thought i would give a local business my business. Paid by credit card & picked up product today Only to get home rip receipt off the bag & she charged me $65! I paid over the phone in good faith not thinking i would be ripped off. Very dishonest & poor form pretty sure it’s illegal to quote a price & then up it to suit you. I could have had it delivered to my door for $55 & i encountered the lady that was the very reason i stopped shopping there. She was rude bordering on aggressive every time i went in there terrible customer service. It will be the last time i give them another chance & never will i pay by card over the phone again My trust was definitely misplaced. I was going to call but thought if she answered i would be less than lady like & to be honest why would they care"
"I own a shop myself, I would never treat a client or talk to them the way the lady talked to me today. I was nothing more than an annoyance to her due to returning product. :"You will make me run my till short" she barked, "it will mess up my till if you do a credit" she grumped etc etc. Grumpy service, I can only imagine how difficult it must be to have such a small thing wreck your day.......Wont be spending any more of my cash in this shop, especially when there are other options that are cheaper and a hell of a lot friendlier"
