"I went here December of last year, Faye who did my lash extensions completely ruined my natural lashes and they have never been the same since. To much glue was applied and on baby lashes the whole thing was a mess and my lashes still haven’t fully recovered from the damage from the lash extensions being applied poorly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here please if you care for your lashes do no go here!!"

"I experienced really bad customer care from Astridah. My appointment was at 3pm. She made me wait 25 minutes in the waiting room and then finally started on my brows. I was advised the appointment would take 1 hour and a half and so I scheduled this appointment to coincide with picking up my children from kindy. She didn’t really listen to what I wanted. She asked questions but never really took on what I wanted. While doing my brows, she kept plucking at my brows, pulling hair out. I never told her to do that. I kept asking her to add detail that I wanted. It just was a very uncomfortable feeling and I never get this feeling from beauty techs. All the ladies I’ve ever seen have always been accommodating and care about their customers. She said she was rushing me so I could get to my kids but she didn’t have to rush if she saw me at the time I scheduled. I got home and felt unhappy with my results. I asked her if she could fix the end of my brows and she refused. Sad, as I was really excited to see her. I will never go back here again."

"I had been an eye lash client of this salon for a while. Rebecca is amazing however busy so I booked an appointment with another technician who left her phone next to my head the entire appointment and it vibrated on and off for the hour, several times every few minutes. I complained and they said they’d address this. I then had my lashes refilled after the Covid lockdown, in which they seem to not be adhering to the squared metre rule by have 3 lash tech’s 3 clients and 2 people in the waiting chairs in their tiny salon. I asked for the longest length and D curl and wasn’t given that. I then complained the next day and was told I should have been asked if I was happy with them- which I wasn’t. I paid $130 for a volume refill. She started at 12:15 and finished them at 12:50 and was a 4 week refill and I was completely unsatisfied and was offered a $30 refund which I stated is unacceptable, they offered to remove them for me but I have lost confidence in the professionalism, quality and treatment from some of the workers And am completely uncomfortable returning. Completely unprofessional and I would never recommend this salon, which is a shame because Rebecca did a great job with my initial set but the refills done by other staff was a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone wasting their time. Not even worth the 1 star."

"I absolutely recommend The Magic lash co , I get my brows done by Astridah who’s eye for detail is like no other her work is incredible! I love going to my appointments and coming home feeling brand new and beautiful! I rate the Magic lash Co 10/10 I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

"I saw astridah to have my brows tattooed. The house isn’t signed so at my first appointment I was walking up and down the driveway for her husband to direct me! I then walked into a salon to the side of the house and sat and waited for about 15 minutes with no one greeting me or advising me to wait. Once I had my brows done initially, I was happy with them. As expected I needed them touched up after about 6 weeks. I am now nearly 6 weeks post “perfection” session and I have a chunk missing out of one of the brows. I messaged astridah who said to send a photo which I did. I then have sent two messages to book back in for a touch up and my messages have been ignored. I will have to find someone else to fix them up for me! Generally speaking I am happy with my brows (minus the missing part) but it’s not particularly professional."
