"My partner and I arrived for our booster vaccinations last week to be told that our appointments would be cancelled without the courtesy of any prior notice. The appointments had been made several weeks earlier when booster shots were far more freely available, so we are now in the difficult position of having to make last-minute arrangements elsewhere or go for weeks at a time without adequate protection against Omicron. Despite assuring us that a staff member would be in contact to reschedule our appointment, no one has been in touch to follow up. We found their service to be unprofessional and unreliable."

She loves to see how she can make life better for people who have conditions that often don't get solved via traditional avenues.
