"Dear WAKHT trolling people and intimidating customers personally might be your style not mine. It was a fair professional review to which you responded in a very personal manner. Treat others the way you want them to treat you and follow what you preach. ---------------------------------------------------------------- "Editing the review based on the response of the Salon owner" Dear WAKHT, I thank you for your time taken in what looks like a rant to the feedback given. Suggesting that the customer wet the hair and somehow it was customer's fault doesn't help your case. I clearly mentioned that there was a rain shower and somehow even the slightest of wetting due to it and sweating caused the colour to bleed. Need I mention that the colour continued to bleed for days and I just have bleached hair at the moment and the red colour has all vanished. There could be a million reasons as to why some of us could review late. Ill health, personal circumstances or overseas travel or a combo of all, this doesn't necessarily mean that the customer is or isn't aware of consumer rights. I however applaud you in judging me so quickly on my awareness of consumer rights, I am sure you could enlighten some of us folks further. No, I do not need to any justifications of running a business as I am not a salon owner, did I detect a bit of sarcasm, oh! yes I did. Some of us are 9 to 5 corporate professionals, working very hard just like any business would or should do. The price of 20 foils with toner is different and better for quite a few well reviewed salons in surrounding hills suburbs. I chose WAKHT as it was close to my place, also because I managed to get an appointment (which I still laud due to the promptness) and I wanted to try someone new. Yes, there is learning for me, someone who believes that feedback is a gift, the learning being "some entities just handle feedback poorly, that shouldn't discourage one from sharing the truth". I suggest taking the feedback from customers in stride. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Would have given 1 star had not been for the promptness of the woman that handles the appointments. I managed to get an appointment at one day's notice, I explained what look I needed with my hair, substantiating with a pic from the internet. The hairdresser tried her best to get the look and I left feeling quite happy, until I reached home and gave a good look at my hair. The coloured streaks were unevenly done with a major chunk left at the back of the head. I remember asking for half a head of foils and was given only 20 foils ( for the price of 170 including the toner). The colour dripped from my hair at the slightest sweating or light sprinkle from the rain shower. My sheets were soiled with red hair colour used ( I remember getting my girl in the pool and thinking she was bleeding from somewhere and then finding out that my hair had got slightly wet) I won't discount the experience but the quality of colour used and the stinginess in doing the right no of foils just spoiled everything. My hair went from looking like Rogue from X-Men to Pink's in a matter of hours. Quality and right quantity is the key unfortunately I did not get any of those. Will avoid."
