"I went to this salon to do my hair. I thought I will do 10 foil toner, treatments, style cut and blow dry. The lady told She will charge me $260.00 for this on the serve pamphlet show there will charge $75.00. I’m very disappointed. Even with hair treatments , styling and blowing dry she charges me $100. When I do my hair in Blacktown I don’t get ripped off like this."

"THE OWNER OVERCHARGES YOU ONCE STARTED THE WORK The owner of this salon the lady with red hair, is very bad mannered and rude. If I could I will give zero point .My mother and I had an appointment and they gave us quotes before we sat, While doing the work, this lady told us that they cannot do the style I want and they said that I will only curl half of your hair and charge double the price for the whole hair. She did the same thing for my mum hair colour. But before starting the work, she told me a lower price and the same issue happened to my mother. So my suggestion is to check the price first and show your hair because I think this is a trick to double charge the customer. The curl is dropped and opened after an hour. This lady was very rude while doing the work and because I had complained why they didn't tell me the exact price at first. she was very rude and didn't curl my hair completely and in the end she told me I didn't like it to do your hair because you are from the same country as I am(you can guess how rude she is)and I shouldn't have accepted your job. I was very angry but I didn't answer because I just wanted to run away from that salon. I wonder how a salon with this kind of customer service is still in business."

"To start with their staff are very professional and well trained. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to deal with she is a gem took her time on my hair. The owner Vicky is nice too as she acknowledged the voucher I bought in October to use yesterday. She was very supportive of her staff as it took a while to do the full head foils and keratin they were welcoming. The Indian girl who did my blow dry & iron was amazing worker as l woke up this morning with fabulous hair. I recommend them 100% and definitely worth a try. Will be going back."

"The staff turnover in this place is insane. Only one person has been at the salon for an extended period of time and she should be commended. It’s hit and miss. Sometimes you walk out happy, other times you want to cry. The owner also fluctuates between rude and arrogant and the next time she can be lovely. Only reason I still go to that salon is because you can walk in and be seen relatively quickly and the lady who has been around forever is lovely and always does a great job."
