"We've had two great meals at the Grandview now. One Sunday a few weeks back we popped in while wandering around Fairfield and went back for an unplanned lunch. The roast pork was very good and the eggplant parmagiana was two meals in one. Last Friday we had a catchup with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The kitchen even made the sauce for the tortellini from scratch to accommodate my wife's dietary needs."
"I've been twice now. I came this time with my family and we all very much enjoyed the grandeur of this lovely Victorian hotel. The food was delicious. As it was Sunday, I had the roast of the day which was lamb and roast vegetables and roast potatoes. Everything was perfect. The staff and service was wonderful. In fact, the bar man made me a glorious gluwein. I'll definitely be back."
