"Extremely disappointed to attend twice on one day and be told that service is not available. First I attended around 1:15pm and was told that the lady was not accepting another walk in as she was going on break. Totally fine, the lady deserves a break. I come back at 4:50pm and knock on the door as the shop appears closed but the opening hours are until 5:30pm... I was told by the same lady that she has to complete the cleaning and cannot serve me. Such a poor experience for a walk in service where you cannot book in advance. Trading hours should be updated to state that you close well before 5:30pm. I'll take my business elsewhere."
