"Fantastic location, only 3 mins walk to train and trams, property is very clean, has lovely outdoor area, spotless bathroom and laundry facilities. The house has a real homely feel & you'll meet some great people. The host Huw is very helpful, always up for a chat and provides the most amazing dinners for only $, beautiful home cooked meals."

"It’s a terrible choice to stay here for nice rest. The ground in the room is dirty. The washroom is even covered with a lot of dust. The stairs and the aisle are wooden, which makes the whole house so noisy when people walking. There was even suddenly out of hot water while i was showering, forcing me to go out of my room to the shared bathroom. The spa tub is not available and so dirty. Really regret to staying here."

"The bed clothes had not been changed from the previous guests! Hairs, plasters and blood was found in the sheets! After arriving there we had to strip the bed and wash the clothes ourselves in the washing machine downstairs! Totally unacceptable and disgusting! We booked the stay for a week as we were waiting for our apartment to be ready. Little did we know how run down and disgusting this house was! The place hasn’t seen a hover since 1845!! After spending a considerable amount of money upfront for the weeks stay, we only stayed 3 days out of the 7 due to the conditions of the house! There is a man who oversees everything in the house, he stays there 24/7. All he does is sit on his behind all day and watch TV, he was asleep on multiple occasions and I felt very uncomfortable around him. He stays in the living area which is attached to the kitchen, so whenever you’re making food he’s there also! He isn’t friendly and is quite rude. When bringing in our suitcases he stated ‘are you moving in’ in an unfriendly manor. Quite frankly I couldn’t think of anything worse."

"Clean, good service & a really good location. Staff were friendly & helpful & there was a really nice courtyard off the capsule room with a fountain, nice touch. Also the meals were cheap but quite tasty, thus the 5 star review. Good job guys, I would happily stay here again."

"I really should have read the reviews beforehand. The pods are degraded from those shown in the photos with damage and scratch marks all over them. It is someones house with these bootleg pods made from cheap plastic in a side room. Every creek on wood and movement can be heard with no noise dampening anywhere, and the bedding is just a thin mattress, a tiny blanket and an old pillow. The curtain for the pod was just a torn sheet. The air was stale and the pillow smelt sickly. I woke up at 6am with a sore back. Guess I'm just being "fussy"."
