"I have been to Wendy Ford Hairdressers a number of times. I really like the friendly service, the atmosphere, and have been very happy with the results every time. However, without exception do I have to wait between 30-60 minutes before being attended to. They need to get their bookings and appointment planning better, it is unreliable and a waste of time."
"SHAME ON YOU My 82 year old Grandma who has dementia attended Wendy Ford Hair and Beauty salon on Tuesday 9th June 2020. As an 82 year old lady, she has short hair, and booked an appointment for a colour, wash and blowdry. She was charged $204 (which was apperently a discount) for this service. This is overpriced, and disgusting. She is a pensioner lady who has extremely short hair, and only got her hair coloured 3 weeks previous, and the hairdresser Wendy should have known that her hair did not need to be coloured. My family and I are disgusted and outraged you are not only taking advantage of an old lady which dementia, but charging people overpriced and ridiculous prices for minimal work. Shame on you."
