"I had a horrible experience here weeks before my wedding in march. Booked in for a tone as my previous hairdresser had given me blonde highlights and I wanted them toned down to a light brown. The very inexperienced hair dresser decided to 'like a balyage' my hair for dimension. I repeatedly asked her if she had enough time to do something this complex. She insisted she did. I had booked for a 45 minute tint. The end result was flat black, even though she used two colours to 'add dimension' I was charged about $300 for this. The worst part was I had a lot of hair loss when I got home and washed my hair. My scalp is now visible due to the hair loss. My scalp was burning during the 40 minutes they left the product in my hair. When I raised my concerns, the owner brushed me off, and the hairdresser said 'well you picked this colour'. Honestly, I've had bad experiences at salons, but this takes the cake. Worst. If your staff are that inexperienced, you shouldn't be letting them burn people's scalps."

"Highly recommend seeing Lib, especially if you have CURLY hair! I have always struggled to find a good hairdresser who can cut curly hair properly and Lib is outstanding, my hair has never been cut so well and my curls have never looked so good and he was kind enough to show me how to get my curls looking as good as he styled them. Reasonably priced aswell which is a big bonus these days."
"I love my new hair and couldn't be happier with the service and the result! I got a pastel pink balayage done by Cleo and she was absolutely fantastic. She really made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was really excited and enthusiastic the whole time - you can tell she loves what she does (and is great at it too!). Highly recommend :)"
