"Incredible value for money great communication from reception once we downloaded the app would encourage anyone looking for accommodation in Hampton to consider staying here I was initially concerned about train noise but was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was inside the unit will definitely stay here again"
"Place is nice but given you have to use a stupid app on your phone to access the apartment I do not recommend this accommodation. This app failed during our stay and we were locked outside and had to then get an emergency key which would of been far more easier first up rather than a key app that fails. I was not the only one with other people being locked out of their accomodation as well due to the app failure. I won’t be staying again in this accomodation given the issues and danger of access to the building in an emergency."
"Enjoyed our stay - my only suggestion is that a trolley of some sort was available for those whose cars will not fit in the stacker. We had to carry all our gear from the Woolies carpark which is not ideal."
"We stayed in Room 504 and on the second night of our stay we had raw sewage coming up from the toilet onto the floor and through the bathroom and kitchen sink. We notified reception and they sent the cleaners who put towels down and moved us to another room that we had to wait for an hour while they cleaned it. Anias and Willow (the cleaners) were extremely helpful. On top of this we had noise outside from the fruit shop in the morning (around 5.30am). When I spoke to the manager Sarah regarding compensation she only said I was eligible for 30% off on another stay at a Melbourne property if we booked again rather than give any compensation on this booking. Or the only other option was a late checkout the day we depart. This is simply terrible customer service from Sarah as why would we decide to stay in another property? Her reason for not giving compensation on this booking is because they changed us to a similar room within a good timeframe. This is beside the point though as sewage should never be coming up from the pipes when you are paying $200 a night. This is not a cheap hotel/ accommodation and would expect much better. 30% off should be given on this booking or even a night for free as there is no way we would book again with this property. I have stayed at many properties all over the world and usually if something like this would occurs they would at least give 1 night for free or a partial refund on the booking. Clearly this company (Sarah/Management) do not value customers. Would definitely not recommend anyone staying here with this sort of customer support from Sarah."
