"We didn’t stay there as we were doing a Reconnaissance for a later stay but the Front Steps had very high Risers and there didn’t appear to be any access for people with an injury or disabled. There may have been via the secure Carpark but it doesn’t help if you are arriving ?"

"Where do I start, just recently I travelled to Melbourne to watch the footy as we all do, the location was great as expected on maps, the motel has a very modern feel. The rooms are terrible. The first nights sleep was horrible the bed felt like multiple layers of cardboard and the pillows felt like a mixed bag of wet clothes. The shower leaks water into the living room due to improper design on drainage. And a week later I'm still waiting for my $50 damages money to be returned. Don't motel's normally just record credit card details in the event of damage? Sorry quest but your motel is already damaged and poorly maintained. Oh and the Sheila behind the desk needs to talk faster, myself and another guest near fell asleep waiting for her to finish her sentence"
"great one night stop, only down side was the noise from the bar below the room. otherwise, it was a very tidy clean room, reception staff at check in and check out were fantastic. also parking nearby requires a permit."
