"Ordered a PetKit Pura Max bundle from these guys. Unit only turned up without the rest of the bundle I paid for. Followed up and customer service told me it would be shipped separately. Did not receive this until the 20th October but when opened half of the kit was missing yet PetKit have closed the order saying it has been fulfilled. Expected a lot better for a premium product. Why send out a cat litter unit without the items required to actually use it. Constantly having to chase up with customer service. Appaulling."
"My petkit machine didn’t work so I then had to deal direct with their supplier which didn’t really care the whole process took too long and they basically said they would get a courier service to pick it up and fix or replace which would take another week at least when I already had the machine not working for 10 days. Could not be bothered. Would not recommend them very bad customer service specially because they are in Melbourne and I’m in Perth"
