"I've given them 3 chances and enough is enough now. Their products are cheap, resulting in nails being broken within the week. They rush the service & nails never look the same. Will not go back."

"My nails are lumpy and wonky. They rushed and missed so many steps. Halfway through the lady went and did someone else's nails and another lady came and tried to hurry up to finish my nails. Not to mention they only take cash which was really annoying. The staff make no effort to talk with you and just speak their own language to each other while doing my nails which made me uncomfortable. Not a pleasant experience and I felt more stressed than relaxed!"

"Hands down the most unprofessional, money hungry nail salon I have been too. We made an appointment for 2.30, didn’t get seated till 3pm and left at 4.30, even though they probably spent 20mins each on my mum and me cause they kept running of to service other customers. There was no space left in the shop to even stand but they continued to take more clients. $160 for my mother and I to get buff and polish only shellac nail polish and spa pedicure. I had my feet in cold water for 25 mins before they even got to me, rushed the entire process, didn’t cut my nails, even the top coat started to peel off my toe nails while I waited for my mum. My mum who is 78 and has arthritis and is handicapped was being yelled at, told to hurry up to the chair to get her nails done, then the lady kept pulling her hands and pushing my mums fingers down even though I am telling her my mum has arthritis. Instead of moving the machine they use for shellac they kept trying to forcefully turn her hands to fit in the machine. There was no pampering what so ever, it was like a production line. They kept speaking in their own language and didn’t acknowledge the customer at all. They really don’t care about coming across rude cause hey people will keep going. Don’t take on more customers just to make money then rush them out of there without offering them the service they are paying really good money for. I would suggest the centre opens up a second nail salon to offer some competition and quality. These women are here just to take peoples money. I’m am disgusted and will never go back. Because there is no competition this behaviour and poor service will continue unfortunately."

"Over charged my daughter $10 for a full set not realising I was there the week before and was charged the correct amount. Called them and asked why they over charged my daughter and they tried to give every reason they could possibly come up with. A week later the $65 set of nails are coming off. Disgusting that not only did you rip my daughter off but she paid $65 instead off $55 for a set that has only lasted 10 days! You should be ashamed of yourselves."

"I have been here 4 times as this is closest to my house. All the time the service is really bad and I will never be going back here. Last time I paid 95 $ for a pedicure and sns. All my nails were shaped different. The therapist broke skin twice, but ignored it and never apologised. The 2nd time I asked her for a tissue for the bleeding but she still did not apologise. Couple of my friends commented on how bad my nails looked. It was more like sqoval shape but all different. Save your $$$$. Shame as the place looks amazing too bad about the service."
