"We had an appointment booked for our 2 elderly dogs however one of the dogs deteriorated prior to our appointment. We tried to get an earlier appointment to have her put to sleep, they were less than accommodating in a sensitive time of need hence the later appointment has been cancelled, without so much as a question from them, very disappointed, would not recommend, they have no compassion - new name for them, "Uncaring Vet"!"
