"I found out today that this Pharmacy overcharges for prescriptions (and I am guessing other items in store too). I really wish I had read the other Google reviews before shopping here because I can see that this happens regularly. I have a prescription that I have been filling for a long time at $25 at pharmacies in Sydney. Greenwell and Thomas Katoomba charge $34 with no explanation whatsoever for the higher price. The response from the staff member I spoke to was one of apathy... it was pretty apparent that they are aware and that this is intentional. They tried to gaslight me into believing the price had gone up and that their price was correct. I checked in with my GP, and she confirmed that the correct price is $25 and she was shocked that any pharmacy would try and charge more. I won't be shopping here again."
