"When I was looking for a great place to have pizza in Melb, I first heard about the name "Takeaway Pizza" via word of mouth and instantly thought it was some joke. Glad to know I was wrong. Possibly the best pizza I've had in Melbourne so far along with an amazing garlic bread (which came with bone marrow). I would come back when I get the chance next time I return to Melbourne."
"I’ve had many people recommend Takeaway Pizza, and so glad I made it in! For starters, the Garlic Bun was amazing, a creamy garlic filling topped with Pecorino. The most unique garlic bread I’ve had. I thoroughly enjoyed the Zucchini Pizza, with many more vegetarian selections to choose from. I’m not sure what kind of sauce it had but it was very creamy, base was so crispy. Good reviews on the Salami and Honey Pizza too. Great vibes and dog friendly on the outdoor seating. Staff were also A+. Thanks! Can’t wait to come back for another flavour."
"The gluten free pizza base is exceptional. The vegetarian pizzas had great flavour and balance of ingredients. The lamb and pastrami pizzas were a bit too intense but if you’re a meat lover you’ll like them. The garlic on the garlic bread was too strong."
