"Had been using D&D for a very long time, initially fortnightly, however the food wasn't lasting that long so moved to weekly, while at work has the delivery driver interrupt my partner working from home to tell us "it's inconvenient for me to come out to your house every week, you need to go back to fortnightly"... Called the office, was told that was not discussed and would receive a call back on Friday or Monday - cut to today..... Nothing! Not a word, we will not be going back, found a much better place tuckertub, lady called to ask our dogs name so she knew who she was providing food for, educate your driver's and your office staff edit to respond to owner response* When you have an older man telling you "you need to go back to fortnightly, coming out here weekly isn't convenient for me" of course my partner who is a small women and very young has just agreed to avoid any conflict, the fact you use that as an excuse after I have called you and told you what was said was unacceptable and she was made to feel she was wrong and uncomfortable, pretty poor response from yourself, clearly you can't "accommodate" as best you can because we are allowed to order weekly but apparently it's an issue, you only tried to call me AFTER I posted the review"
