"The lady at Della was very arrogant on call itself before the visit. It was like she wasn't happy when I talked about groupon coupon. They shouldn't advertise that price if they can't afford. Talking straightway about surcharge is not a good thing. When I told I have above shoulder length hair then too she asked what is the length after you straighten your hair. This is not the right way to gain the customers. Sorry to say but I won't visit you. Beware groupon token holders!!"

"Seriously amazing, have been seeing Della for years and this week my new colour is her Insta profile - have had lots of different kinds of colour over the years, most recently 2 step colour correction (from a misadventure overseas) with permanent colour, a break then balayage, plus keratin treatments every year. She & Jamie always focus on keeping the condition of your hair tip-top and advise you accordingly. I’m newly addicted to the keratin serum, as my hair is thick & wavy. So glad I discovered them 4+ years ago - and never been disappointed, always compliments from friends and randoms on the street."

"After reading the lovely reviews, I decided to book a Groupon and try something different. I was so excited to go get a fresh cut but as soon as I walked in, it quickly changed! The whole experience was a nightmare, I had barely sat down that the owner was already asking me to pay extra, saying my hair was under the neck line. His attitude towards me and body language was extremely unprofessional. When I asked why I had to pay straight away and this was all a bit weird and I was there to enjoy my time, he answered « These are the rules here! ». I was treated badly throughout the whole process, and have rarely been in the presence of such rude people. After he washed my hair while covering me with water, a lady started doing my hair, when I thought this might be a better experience, I was mistaken. She burned my ear, didn’t listen to what I wanted, told me it was my fault for getting hair in my neck. If you want to hate the hairdresser forever, Della Beauty is the way to go!"

"I saw Della on the weekend for a full head of foils melted into a balayage, wash, treatment and style and I was blown away by how well it turned out. You can really tell how much they care about their clients and her attention to detail was amazing as she freshened up my VERY grown out blonde hair and gave it a new life again. Very grateful to have found a hairdresser that understands blonde hair, cares about her clients, is close by and is so very affordable too! Already looking forward to my next visit.
