I was told to wait a moment, I waited 10 minutes to be served standing there listening to their loud offensive rap music. When I asked if anyone was going to serve me the man was so rude and said “I told you to wait a moment” I told him I had been waiting over 30 mins to receive my Uber order and I only live a street away, he realised the driver left my pizza behind! My pizza had been sitting there for 25 minutes. No apology. Absolutely disgraceful customer service"
"I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years. Genuinely disgusting customer service. My order was over an hour late & when I called to ask I was hung up on twice & then ignored calling back. The person on the phone spat “we are busy” before slamming the phone in my ear. My food never arrived & I never got a refund."
