"Most horrible experience, I came in for a blow dry didn’t even give me a quote just told me to sit at the basin, pulled my hair the whole time didn’t even brush out the knots just blow dried with them in and she “finished” and it was even straight she didn’t even ask me if I wanted it straightened or anything she was terrible and had dark roots with her hair in a pony tail would not recommend her at all she was so rude, besides that the older staff looked lovely and were very nice to me and there clients I would of much preferred to have one of them, she did not act professional at all nor looked like she had experience"
