"I strongly advise you avoid this salon! I called today saying that I knew it would be a long shot, but asked if they could fit my 5 and 3 year old girls in for a cut at some time. The lady on the phone said they could fit us in at 12, but asked asked if we could do 12.15 so that we would be on time. The lady agreed and we went in. When we arrived they asked us to take a seat. My first impression of the salon was that it was it was absolutely filthy. There was hair and dust all over the place and it was obviously in need of some updating. My 3 year old even commented on the hair everywhere. We waited for 30 minutes and there was still two ladies with their hair in basins and another lady just starting a blow dry. There were only two staff and they hadn't so much as acknowledged our waiting and let us know how much longer to expect to wait. My children were starting to get restless and so I politely asked how much longer we should expect to wait. They said that after one of the ladies had her face waxed they would get us started. That was fine and we continued to wait. While we were waiting a lady came in and asked if they had time for her to get her hair done. They advised her when she could come back and when she walked out the lady said loudly for everyone to hear "I hate when people come in and expect to be treated straight way, even when they have an appointment." At that point I decided we were leaving. I could've put up with waiting and even the filth in the salon, but the unprofessional conduct of the staff was too much. Beyond disappointed."
