"Ordered pizza on their website and booked for 7:30 pickup. We were excited to have a new local pizza place and heard good things, so we were looking forward to trying it out. My partner picked up and brought it home and the pizza was cold and it was obviously sitting there for some time, so wasn't great tasting. I figured there must have been a glitch or issues with the ordering system so I called them to let them know, and we organised to have the pizza redone another day. Foubd out that it was made at 6:30, so sitting for a while so that made sense. I figured with new stores come teething issues, so didn't worry too much. My partner picked up the pizza again after we called up, and as they were leaving, the cashier lady yelled out "next time pick it up right away" which was a bit passive-aggressive. Not sure why they made that comment as I had a conversation on the phone with them, and they seemed to understand what went wrong. The pizza isn't bad, but I don't think the pizza is nice enough to put up with angry people like that. That person probs shouldn't be in customer service.. I was disappointed because we were looking forward to a new regular pizza place to get takeaway from."
