"Lack of customer service. The lady who served me talk as if she doesn’t want to serve me at all. The tone of her voice is high pitch, and she’s making this face like she wants me to leave. I kept smiling thinking maybe she’s just having a bad day but it didn’t make any difference. And at the end she asked “That’s it?”. I took only three pieces of sushi. Been going to this place for years whenever I crave for sushi, but I guess that’s going to be my last visit. Thanks for reading. I hope you find this helpful. XoXo"

"My wife recently visited your establishment and wanted to provide some feedback about her experience. She was disappointed by the behaviour of one of your staff members. Ivy was quite rude and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. My wife was on the queue supposed to be the next to be served, she totally ignored my wife and decided to serve a white guy. When my wife explained to her politely she was the next, Ivy replied rudely "ah, I didn't see you". In the next two minutes she repeated asking how many seaweed roll my wife wanted, although my wife had to repeat herself six times. This attitude made my wife feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The only good thing happened today in your shop is, your another Staff Victor couldn't help with the rude service so he took my wife over. Victor were attentive to my wife's needs and made her feel valued as a customer. The two stars is for Victor as by Ivy's attitude only we are more than happy to give a negative ten if we could. Thank you Victor for your professional customer service!"

"In dining customer service was poor from a racist and angry female server. She was rudely staring at me while I was in line. Rude while she served me. As I walked off the sushi chef (which are close as it's all open) sneezed all over the food he was preparing and continued to make the sushi, didnt cover his face or wash his hands. I haven't had an experience like this ever. Won't go back. Unhygienic & just plain rude!"

"Ordered a party platter on a friday during a lunch time rush, I wasn't even sure if they would accept the order, but they did. They said it would be a 20 minute wait but I expected a lot longer, but no, 15 minutes later they had prepared it all with a bag for the sauces and bag for the platter. Good food and great service!"
