"I am giving this pet store 5 stars. I went in there not long ago, mind you each time I go in, the staff always greet me, they are so friendly. I have to travel for at least 20 min to get to this store as they are the only ones that sell a brand of Cat Litter my cats like. When I got my bags, I went to the counter, the lady asked if I was a member, I said I was, I also added "I'm JUST a blue member, nothing special", she looked over at me and she replied with "You ARE SPECIAL, what are you talking about" She was so genuine, she was so kind, she actually made me feel like a special member. I laughed and I thanked her for saying that. It really made my day. All the staff are lovely. If you want that kind of, nice human, interaction, then go out of your way to shop there."

"Great range of stock for all household pets Staff member was friendly but did find service a little bit slower than other similar franchise pet stores due to only 1 staff member being on Prices were higher than I expected But the store does offer 12mth memberships that has amazing benefits depending on the level of membership you accept - 1x free membership option and 2x paid membership options."
"Super friendly staff, I always feel encouraged to bring my doggos in and staff are genuine animal lovers. The dog washing facilities are always incredibly clean and well maintained and they have a wide selection of products for all of my animals in one stop. I leave happy and so do my dog's, usually with free treats from the staff also! Highly recommend UPDATE July 2023: Prices have gone through the roof, now usually only having savings if you are a member of their PAID system :( every time I have recently been in there's no one else in there, theu super friendly staff that used to work there seem to have left and under new management maybe? Maybe will continue to use the dog wash but won't be purchasing anything from there anymore :("
