"The facilities are very new and the host is very friendly. The staff is very welcoming. There is a famous restaurant next door which is very tasty. It is one of the bus stops of the university and it is very convenient to go to school."

"It's a very bad apartment. It was advertised that the transportation is convenient and the location is good. When you actually come to live in it, you know it's not the case. It is not an exaggeration for the staff to say that they are rascals. Before checking in, they agreed with more than a dozen people that they could refund 400 knives when they checked out, but in the end they refused to give it at all, unless you apply for research through the intermediary above bm. But I'm very glad that I didn't apply for research at BM for 400 dollars, because their intermediary was not good enough to seriously delay my classmates for several months, and they even tried to deny responsibility by doing Tai Chi all the time. The series of bm's show operations are the most infuriating and annoying things I encountered in Australia. I remind my juniors and girls to keep their eyes open and not to be deceived. You must know that if you are cheated, if you want to say in the circle of friends that you have encountered injustice, they will send you a lawyer's letter."
