"Incredible people. We had an unexpected long term stay at Quest Apartments Prahran when our house flooded. Absolute disaster at home and we were stressing hard! Matt, Karen, Gary and the team at Quest were just outstanding. I know it sounds corny, but seriously, we were made to feel like welcomed quests in their home. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything just worked. They made sure the apartment met our needs and when it came to working with our insurer they pretty much did the lot! They knew exactly what they were doing (thankfully cause we didn't!) and ensured our stay was extended as the works continued at our home. Great people. Premium location. Highly recommend them."
