"I was placed here via housing agency for few days. Staff isn’t helpful, non professional and completely opposite to what you see in actual hospitality. Available to book on main platforms, only for international travellers, as they are unaware of main purpose of this hotel/motel Facts: - crisis accommodation (for any type of homeless situation by person) - Could be funded by housing agencies or NGOs or govt funded. - discriminated behaviour and treatment unless you booked n paid ( could be nice then. hopefully) Pros -Fortunately near to cbd, -Big rooms and areas compared to same level motels Thats all. Rest just reflects in their ratings and services -Don’t have professional staff. -not suitable for travellers and families come to city sights and enjoy their time in Melbourne - noisy in and out, traffic all day around, some construction sites running all year around. "I am staying here for the medium term. The room is very well appointed, your basic hotel room but it has been renovated and is quite stylish. Being on the room floor and facing the main road it's surprising how little noise you can hear from the busy motorway below. Next door to a convenience store, as well as opposite a 24hr BP you are able to get essential things quickly. Staff are friendly and work 24/7 here. Great place to stay, highly recommended"

"The room was clean and the service was good. BUT they left out some major information that should 100% be told to the general public prior to choosing this hotel. This is a half way house for recovering addicts, some of which seem to be on drugs whilst there. It is quite concerning specially for any families that intend on staying here. We will not be staying here again."

"We booked to stay for the F1 Grand Prix weekend and were concerned as to what we would find on check-in based on the Google reviews. Having now stayed here, I am very confused by the recent poor reviews! We had a premium studio room on level 3. The room and bathroom were clean, the sheets and towels were clean, we had milk in the fridge, and cutlery and bowls in the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered my numerous queries in the lead up to our stay, and looked after our luggage for the day after we checked out. We would happily stay here again. The location is perfect for attending the Albert Park track, as well as having some great eating options nearby."

"During my recent stay at this motel, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in my room, and it appeared that the sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival. Additionally, there was a foul odor emanating from the toilet, which detracted from the overall experience. The property itself appeared to be quite rundown and in need of significant renovations. As a result of these issues, I do not plan to return to this motel in the future."
