"Went here for a cut and colour pre xmas. I have layers and it was blown out and so not til I got home and brushed it myself that I realised the cut was uneven on each side - not just because of layers, but actually different lengths and much more thinned on one side than the other. Worst cut I've ever had. And the most expensive one too, although it did include a half head of foils. Colour was ok but would not recommend and would never go back."

"I had a terrible spray tan there, and was assured it would not be too dark or orange... but it was the worst ever - so orange and my hands were horrendous! Thank God I was not getting married or anything like that! Had to scrub my hands the next day and then was blotchy. Also I was told to phone if not happy, because I had a sneaking suspicion it was going to be bad. I phoned, only to be told thanks for letting us know. No offer of anything back. Or a sorry even."
