"Unfortunately left waiting outside for 40 mins , when the door and website clearly state a 9.30 am opening. When staff arrived I was told that they opened at 10 am everyday ...just a heads up ! When I suggested that perhaps they should change the time on display I was met with an attitude and no apology. Infact if I am completely honest , I felt like Elaine from Seinfeld ... The service was quick and the manicure I received was non existent... no cuticle removal or anything. I walked out wondering if I had been in the twilight zone.. it amazes me people keep returning however, being the only nail bar in town it doesn't matter how you treat your customers because they will keep comming back.... Disappointing...I won't be returning..."
"Great pedicure here and manicure for my daughter. French tip shellac. I felt sorry for some that had appointments as they had to wait anyway. The constant waving cat gets on your nerves. Some music would be good."
