"King sized lies — they advertise king sized beds, however they are actually double beds. When I spoke with the front desk they just said “the system says it’s a king sized bed”, they refuse to take any accountability or do anything about it except refer you back to Accor. The room was okay, but dated. The best thing about this place is its location, and they take advantage of their customers with that fact."
"I can not speak highly enough about the Mantra on Jolymont. This is the second time we have stayed. The staff are just so amazing. Nothing was a bother to them. We had a few requests and they sorted all of them out with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is great. A special thanks to Sonny who booked us a room away from the train tracks. We will definitely be back."
