"The staff here are fantastic and really helpful. If you need any help with your pets this is the place to go! They went out of their way to help me. I’m a goldfish enthusiast and I had a fish that was aggressive. I initially asked for them to take it off my hands and give it a good home. What they did was much more generous. It was an expensive fish so they ordered a similar breed for me and swapped it for free. The fish I ended up getting was absolutely amazing. This kind gesture was totally unexpected and out of good will. I have bought a lot of supplies for my fish here which has always been good value. Between the helpful nature of the owners, their generosity, the high quality and range of supplies they offer I would highly recommend this shop. Big thumbs up and ten out of ten from me :)"
