For those utilizing gift vouchers, please be aware that a 30% charge will be applied for cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice. However, if you have a prepaid package, rest assured that you will receive a refund of the 30% deposit on the day of your treatment.

If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, please understand that our therapists will work diligently to provide you with the full allocated time for your treatment. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
